What is Tummy?
Tummy is a service for nutritional health professionals and their clients. Tummy allows clients to log their meals, symptoms, body measurements and exercise, and allows nutritionists to quickly analyze that data.
Is Tummy only for gastrointestinal issues?
While Tummy was created with gastrointestinal issues in mind, it’s true purpose is to help individuals learn how what they put into their Tummy affects the rest of their body, while keeping other potential factors in mind, such as sleep and stress.
How much does Tummy cost?
You can purchase a pack of licenses that you can share with your clients to allow them to use Tummy for free. The starter pack allows you to use Tummy with up to 10 clients at a time for $25 per month.
Can I get a free trial?
Yes! You may use Tummy for free for the first 30 days. Your credit card will be charged at the end of your first 30 day period.
Can I change my Tummy license plan?
Yes, you may change, upgrade, or downgrade your license plan at any time.
Can I cancel my Tummy account?
Yes, you may cancel your Tummy account at any time.
Will my clients be able to use Tummy for free?
Yes, once you provide a license for your client, it will allow them to use Tummy for free. Each license is transferable and can be given to another client should you choose to do so.
What happens when I'm done working with a client?
When you’re done working with a client, you may either transfer their Tummy license to another client, or you may revoke their Tummy license. Your client will still be able to log in to Tummy, and to view all of their previous data, but will not be able to add new meals and symptoms to their journal.
Can my clients use Tummy on their phone?
Are credit card payments secure?
Yes. Tummy uses Stripe for all billing and credit card payment processing. Stripe is a trusted industry leader in secure payments, and is used by large organizations such as Target, Under Armour and Kickstarter. All credit card information is secured and encrypted only within Stripe - no credit card information is stored within the Tummy databases.
What languages and countries does Tummy support?
Tummy currently supports only the English language. You may use Tummy in any country, although the food journal only supports food products that are available for purchase in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
